1. Eligibility & Return Window
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by your shipping tracking information). To be eligible:
- Insulated cups and ceramic cups must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including all tags, protective sleeves, or 附赠 accessories like lids for insulated cups).
- Products must show no signs of damage, wear, or modification (e.g., scratches on ceramic surfaces, dents in stainless steel, or removed branding).
- Custom-engraved or personalized cups are non-returnable unless the customization contains a mistake made by GreysDiningRoom.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Our Team First: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Email us at support@GreysDiningRoom.com with:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email or order history).
- The name of the product(s) you want to return (e.g., “16oz Stainless Steel Insulated Tumbler – Black”).
- Reason for return (e.g., “wrong size,” “changed mind,” “defective”).
- Photos of the product and packaging (required for defective items or shipping damage).
- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll get a Return Authorization (RA) Number and a pre-addressed return label (for U.S. orders only). Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of your return package—packages without an RA Number will be rejected.
3. Return Shipping
- Who Covers the Cost?:
- If you’re returning an item due to a GreysDiningRoom error (e.g., wrong product sent, defective item), we will provide a free pre-paid return label and cover all shipping costs.
- If you’re returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong color), you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. These fees are non-refundable, even if you receive a refund for the product.

- Shipping Tips:
Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS) and keep the tracking number—GreysDiningRoom is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. We recommend insuring high-value orders (e.g., premium ceramic sets) to protect against loss.
4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange Process
- Inspection Period: Once we receive your return (typically 3–5 business days after you ship it), our team will inspect the product to confirm it meets eligibility requirements.
- Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection. Please note:
- Original shipping costs (from your initial order) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- It may take an additional 2–3 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange (e.g., swapping a ceramic cup for a different color), we will ship the new item within 1–3 business days of approving your return. You will not be charged extra for the new item (unless the replacement has a higher price, in which case we will contact you for additional payment).
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@GreysDiningRoom.com within 48 hours of delivery (with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label). We will send a replacement or issue a full refund—no return required.
- Missing Items: If your order is missing a product, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number. We will either ship the missing item for free or refund its cost.
- Expired Return Window: Requests made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, unless we approve an extension due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).
