1. General Information

All orders are subject to availability of Products. GreysDiningRoom reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if Products are out of stock or due to errors in pricing/description.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.
By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

Shipping is available within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed (delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. GreysDiningRoom is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if Products are unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@GreysDiningRoom.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned Products. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of Products. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes.
Insulated cups are designed for keeping beverages hot or cold; ceramic cups are for general beverage use. Follow care instructions provided with each Product to avoid damage.

GreysDiningRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of Products (including but not limited to damages for lost profits, inconvenience, or product damage due to improper use).
Our total liability for any claim related to Products shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected Product(s).

GreysDiningRoom may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our Store page, and your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
